This contractual document governs the purchase and provision of services through the website californiaroidz.com, owned by californiaroidz(hereinafter, the “Provider”). By accepting this document, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood the contents of this document.
  • Are legally permitted to purchase these types of goods or services. It is recommended that the user be an adult (18 years or older).
  • Agree to comply with all obligations set out herein.

The terms of this document are valid for an indefinite period and apply to all transactions completed through californiaroidz.com. The Provider reserves the right to make unilateral changes to these terms. However, such changes will not affect products or promotions purchased prior to the time of the change, unless due to errors.

CONTRACT FORMATION

This contractual document governs the sales contract between the Provider and the user, if the latter accepts the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

A sales contract provides for the supply of a specific product or service at a fixed price, which will be publicly listed on the website.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The terms and conditions set out on this page apply exclusively to orders placed through californiaroidz.com.

The operating currency is U.S. dollars (USD).

Product prices include any applicable taxes. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($).

Each product is subject to the prices published on the site, which are applied automatically at the final stage of the purchase process, covering all costs associated with taxes, shipping, and additional services. Please note that the price of some products may change in real time; any such changes will be communicated in advance.

After each payment, a confirmation notice is sent to the registered user. An invoice for a completed purchase can be viewed or downloaded in the customer’s californiaroidzaccount on the day following completion of the purchase. The invoice or delivery note is not included in the product packaging.

Stock availability is subject to final confirmation by the Provider. Initial availability information is displayed next to each item.

The customer can check the status of their order at any time via their personal account.

Placing an order with californiaroidzis very simple; just follow these steps:

PURCHASE PROCESS

1 – Product selection

Browse our site using various categories and filters. When you find a product you’re interested in, add it to the cart.

You can then proceed to the cart or continue shopping. After finishing, go to the cart.

2 – Cart

At this point you can add or remove items from the cart, apply discount codes, and save items for later review.

3 – Shipping address and order confirmation

If you are a registered customer, simply log in using the appropriate link. If you are a new buyer, fill in the required fields.

Then select the shipping and payment methods. You can also apply a discount code if you haven’t already.

Read and accept the terms of this agreement as well as the privacy policy.

In the final step, confirm the purchase by clicking the “Submit Order” button.

After completing the ordering process, you will receive a system-assigned number and an email with purchase details at the address you provided.

If you find an error in your order, please contact customer service by phone or email.

If your bank declines the credit card payment, your order will be automatically canceled and you will need to place it again using a different card or payment method.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered according to the method you choose:

Items will not be shipped until full payment has been made and confirmed by the Provider. Until that time, the purchase is considered incomplete. This rule does not apply where the user has chosen cash on delivery; in such cases, the contract is concluded when the Provider sends a purchase confirmation email.

The Provider notifies the customer that the selected product may be out of stock. In that case, the Provider must contact an authorized dealer to obtain the goods, which may delay delivery to the customer by up to 15 days from receipt of payment. However, the Provider will inform the user of this situation in advance.

Please also note that stock presence does not always guarantee availability when demand is high. In such situations, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Customers whose orders cannot be fulfilled will be informed and given estimated delivery times by phone or email.

Delivery is considered completed as of the date specified on the invoice.

RETURN RIGHTS

Case 1: Return due to incorrect or incomplete data

If an order cannot be delivered because delivery address information is missing and/or incorrect, the costs associated with the return will be deducted from the total refund for the returned item.

Case 2: Order cancellation

Once confirmed, an order cannot be modified or canceled. In some situations, changes or cancellations may be possible through customer service, provided the item has not yet been processed (i.e., before it has left our logistics centers).

If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed, meaning the product has already been shipped, they must reimburse the shipping costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Case 3: Right of withdrawal

All products purchased from californiaroidz.com are eligible for return and refund provided that you notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product that you intend to return it. The following conditions must be met:

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

  • When returning an item, use the same cardboard packaging in which it was received to ensure adequate protection. If the original box is missing, the customer must return the item in secure packaging to ensure it arrives at our warehouse in good condition.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the condition received, with all original packaging, user instructions, and accessories included.
  • The amount paid for the items will be refunded. In no case do we accept returns sent COD.
  • Returns of items purchased at a discount will not be processed.
  • For food products, returns will not be accepted if opened.
  • Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons will not be accepted if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Masks cannot be returned for health and/or hygiene reasons.
  • Accessories sold in addition to main products cannot be returned separately.
  • Once your return request is received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the returned items. The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made using the same form of payment used by the customer or, if not possible, by bank transfer. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer/user.
  • A copy of the invoice must be included inside the package of the returned goods.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will evaluate them and inform you whether you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the purchased goods.

The amount paid for the returned goods will be refunded to the consumer.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we were notified of the intention to withdraw from the purchase. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., if paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card; if paid by bank transfer or COD, the refund will be made by bank transfer). The buyer must provide all information necessary to process the refund. The customer assumes all costs and risks associated with returning the product as indicated above.

All product sizes and formats displayed on our website are subject to change due to presentation updates or small formulation adjustments. There may be a slight delay between the arrival of new products and the update of information on the site. Because it is the same listing, returns are not processed in these cases.

Case 4: Right to return defective or damaged goods

If, upon delivery, you find that the goods do not conform to the contract terms, are defective, or were damaged during transport, you may file a claim within 7 days of receipt by following the steps below:

  1. Please take photographs of the item so we can document any damage or defects that may have occurred during shipping.
  2. Photograph both sides of the packaging material and the shipping label. Record the general condition in which your order arrived. This information is necessary to file a claim with the delivery service.
  3. Contact us and send all product information by email.

Upon receiving your notice, we will contact you with further instructions.

Once the item is received, we will conduct a thorough inspection and inform you within a reasonable time whether we will accept a return or exchange the item. We will offer a refund or, in some cases, an exchange as quickly as possible and in any event within 14 days of sending the confirmation email.

If a return is requested and the item is out of stock, we will refund the full amount paid for the item, including shipping and the cost of returning the item to steroidveri.com.

Partial refunds and/or order cancellations will result in a partial refund of the amount paid for the order. For partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued to the same person who placed the order, or as store credit (discount points) usable on future purchases.

The payment will be effective within one to three business days. The order will not be shipped until we receive confirmation that the payment has been properly processed.

If we do not receive payment confirmation within 7 calendar days, the order will be automatically canceled.

If we receive payment confirmation from the bank, we can expedite the process.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment method linked to your bank cards. It allows you to shop online without repeatedly entering your financial data.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

All products offered are original items from well-known brands and come with a manufacturer’s warranty certificate. They generally have no defects. These products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty valid for 2 years (for non-food products) from the date of delivery. Where the warranty applies, the product may be repaired, replaced, discounted, or refunded under the legal terms. The warranty is void if warranty information or proof of purchase is altered, modified, or replaced. The warranty does not cover defects arising from abuse, impact, improper use, unauthorized intervention, or materials subject to normal wear during use.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. The Provider and the User agree that any disputes arising in connection with the provision of products or services under these terms will be submitted to the competent courts located at the User’s place of residence. In addition, the Provider and the User may submit their disputes to arbitration procedures provided for by arbitration and consumer protection laws, as well as to out-of-court dispute resolution systems established by codes of conduct or other self-regulatory mechanisms.
